ABOUT THE ROLE As the Head of Content & Curriculum at Anthropic, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of AI education. Our mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems that benefit society as a whole. You will lead the content & curriculum team in developing a library of educational content and experiences that can be delivered to learners at the right moment, teach them effectively, and keep learning engaging. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will own the education team's content end to end, managing a team of content strategists, media designers, agencies, and agents. Your primary focus will be on the learner, ensuring that the content empowers people to use AI intentionally, is clear and concise, and meets the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with Claude, our AI model, to design workflows and standards that determine where AI can accelerate content creation, review, and maintenance, and where human craft is essential. You will be responsible for setting and defending the quality bar for scaled education, defining what "great" means precisely enough that the team can hit it without your direct supervision. Additionally, you will push the medium forward by designing learning experiences that are beautiful, distinctive, interactive, and increasingly AI-powered. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of AI, education, and content creation. You should be able to manage a team of content strategists, media designers, agencies, and agents, and have experience working with AI models to design and implement workflows and standards. Strong communication and project management skills are essential, as well as the ability to set and defend quality standards.
