As a GTM Recruiter, AMER (Fixed Term), you will play a critical role in building the culture of Stripe by aligning the strongest global talent to our highest impact business needs.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a GTM Recruiter, you will be responsible for growing and scaling our Go-to-Market (GTM) team in the region. This team encompasses Sales, Marketing and Sales Development, GTM and Product Operations, and Professional Services. Your high-impact and wide-ranging responsibilities will include owning full-cycle recruiting, driving hiring strategy, and delivering best-in-class candidate experience. You will work closely with senior leaders across the organization to understand their hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies aimed at achieving headcount goals.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 4+ years of full-cycle Recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong ability to build relationships with senior leaders, and a strong drive to identify and engage top talent. You will also need to be flexible and adept at shifting tasks and priorities in response to changing circumstances.
