Growth Marketing Manager, Ad Studio

ABOUT THE ROLE The Growth Marketing Manager, Ad Studio will be responsible for building the revenue funnel for Hightouch's new product, Ad Studio, an AI-powered creative platform for performance marketing teams. This role will own the full growth marketing motion, including paid ads, webinars, lead generation, and content that earns attention in the market. WHAT YOU'LL DO As the Growth Marketing Manager, Ad Studio, you will be responsible for launching and optimizing paid campaigns across various channels, including LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and emerging channels. You will also create lead magnets to anchor the funnel and measure everything, building reporting on funnel conversion, CPL, and pipeline. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, and you will be expected to set your own roadmap, experiment often, and treat Ad Studio's pipeline like it's your own company's. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience running paid acquisition and demand gen at a B2B SaaS company, with a proven record of driving pipeline and revenue. You will also need a founder mentality, with a default of "I'll go do it myself" and a willingness to build programs from 0 → 1. Strong writing skills are also essential, as well as analytical rigor and a deep comfort with funnel metrics, attribution, and experiment design. WHY REMOTE Hightouch is a remote-first company, and this role is location-independent. You will be expected to work independently and manage your own time, with a flexible schedule that allows you to work from anywhere. BENEFITS The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $180,000 USD per year, which is location-independent. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options and offer early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
