WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Growth Engineer, you will collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to design and build scalable and secure consumer experiences that process billions of dollars per year. Your responsibilities will include designing and building APIs, services, systems, and experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of new and existing product features against critical business metrics. You will also coach and mentor junior engineers, assist in hiring, and partner to develop team culture and best practices. Additionally, you will participate in all parts of the software development workflow to improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes. You will operate at the intersection of data science and software engineering, applying state-of-the-art data analysis tools and machine learning to understand and improve product and user behaviors. Your technical skills will include building software in Ruby, JavaScript, TypeScript, and JVM languages.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
To be successful in this role, you will need 6 years of software engineering experience, with a strong background in building software with TypeScript, JavaScript, and Ruby. You should have experience in building web or mobile applications, as well as working with SQL databases. Additionally, you should have experience in writing technical design documents and designing and implementing large-scale consumer payment experiments.

BENEFITS
This role offers a competitive salary range of $190,400 - $285,600 per year, as well as additional benefits, including equity, company bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and wellness stipends.
