ABOUT THE ROLE We're Medida, a pioneering company that's revolutionizing the way the physical world gets measured, designed, and transformed. Our mission is to build the spatial intelligence layer for the home, enabling a fully digital, AI-powered workflow that turns the physical world into precise, actionable data. With a remarkable growth trajectory, we've gone from $0 to $3 million in ARR in under a year and are poised to triple this year. WHAT YOU'LL DO We're seeking a highly resourceful and execution-oriented Growth and Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership, you'll work directly with our sales and operations teams to drive growth, efficiency, and team quality. Your responsibilities will include launching new customers and strategic accounts, developing content and managing accounts for our new product offerings, creating processes to streamline customer onboarding and product adoption, and working closely with our CEO on special projects for go-to-market initiatives. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a builder who doesn't wait for instructions, someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through. You should be comfortable operating in ambiguity and rapid change, and have a strong bias toward being resourceful and action-oriented. You'll also need to be a strong communicator, energized by working across multiple domains (sales, ops, product, brand) and excited to travel to meet our clients face-to-face 25% of the time. A minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role in a high-growth tech, early-stage tech, consulting, VC, PE, or IB role is required.
