WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Group Product Manager - Commercial Risk & Platform Fraud, you will be responsible for: - Formulating and executing a strategic vision that transforms risk mitigation into customer value, balancing pricing strategy, revenue drivers, and costs to ensure responsible growth. - Leading and developing a team of high-performing product managers within Adyen's Commercial Risk & Platform Fraud group. - Architecting smart trade-offs by defining clear, actionable use cases with engineering and partner teams, strategically deciding when to deploy automated technical solutions versus operational support to optimize merchant value. - Partnering closely with Compliance, Regulatory, and Operations teams to design resilient, auditable capabilities, bringing a pragmatic commercial lens to regulatory interpretation. - Driving alignment and partnering closely with Engineering, Commercial, Risk, and Operations teams without direct authority, raising the bar for product clarity and prioritization discipline. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you will need: - 8+ years of product management experience, with a track record of progression into leadership roles and launching and evolving complex products across every stage of the product lifecycle. - Strong technical instincts, with a solid conceptual grasp of machine learning, AI, and advanced data-science models. - A highly analytical, metrics-driven approach to decision-making, with a deep understanding of revenue drivers, costs, and portfolio management. - Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment and manage complex stakeholders without direct authority. - A commercial mindset, with the ability to behave as a P&L owner to optimize business outcomes.
