ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly skilled Group Leader to lead a team of professionals in developing and maintaining a range of innovative financial and payment solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of Paytm QR, Soundbox, loan, insurance, and Point of Sale (POS) systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Lead a team of developers and engineers in the design, development, and deployment of financial and payment solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements - Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Paytm QR, Soundbox, loan, insurance, and POS systems - Ensure timely delivery of projects and meet quality standards - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and productivity - Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field - Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects in a fast-paced environment - Strong technical expertise in software development, particularly in financial and payment systems - Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment WHY REMOTE As a Group Leader at our organization, you will have the flexibility to work remotely and collaborate with a global team of professionals.
