WHAT YOU’LL DO - Coordinate the inspection, storage, and timely transport of passenger baggage in compliance with airline and airport regulations. - Prepare aircraft for departure by stocking food and beverage items, ensuring all supplies are accurately logged and readily available for cabin crews. - Provide front‑line customer service, addressing passenger inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding travelers through check‑in, security, and boarding processes. - Work with security personnel to enforce safety protocols, monitor access points, and respond to any incidents or emergencies. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the terminal and aircraft loading areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for passengers and crew alike. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline operations, share real‑time updates, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. WHAT YOU’LL NEED - Minimum 12th pass with strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam. - Prior experience in airport operations, hospitality, or a related field is highly desirable. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. - Proficiency in using basic office software (Word, Excel) and familiarity with airport management systems is a plus. - Excellent interpersonal skills, with a customer‑first mindset and a calm, problem‑solving attitude under pressure. - Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 kg, and perform routine manual tasks safely.
