ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Global Senior Equity Program Manager to manage Anthropic's equity compensation strategy and operations across all global markets. In this pivotal role, you will design, implement, and manage comprehensive equity programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent while supporting our mission to develop safe and beneficial AI systems. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including People, Legal, Finance, and Tax to ensure our equity programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our values as a public benefit corporation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As Anthropic continues to scale globally, you will play a critical role in building equity frameworks that support our international expansion while maintaining consistency with our compensation philosophy. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily equity plan operations, building and optimizing processes for equity transactions, managing monthly equity reconciliations and reporting, leading demographic and payroll system integrations, and developing scalable workflows to support our growing headcount and global expansion. You will also provide high-touch service to ensure employees understand their equity compensation, execute simple equity tax calculations, and ensure timely and accurate tax withholding and reporting for equity transactions.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in equity administration, stock plan management, or a related field, with a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation and 8+ years of experience. You will have strong knowledge of equity compensation principles, including stock options and RSUs, and experience with Shareworks equity management platforms. You will also have proficiency in payroll systems integration and tax withholding processes, as well as excellent communication skills to explain complex equity concepts to employees.

BENEFITS
The annual compensation range for this role is $190,000 - $230,000 USD. We also offer a minimum education requirement of a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience, and a location-based hybrid policy, where we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. We also sponsor visas for eligible candidates.
