Global Sales Enablement Systems Administrator

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Enablement Systems Administrator to join our team at Stripe. As a key member of our Global Sales Enablement team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our seller enablement platforms, providing technical support, and contributing to the development of our custom-built enablement platform. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Global Sales Enablement Systems Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include: * Administering and configuring enablement and productivity platforms, including user provisioning, content management, permissions, and integrations * Maintaining platform hygiene, ensuring systems are clean, accurate, and up-to-date * Providing technical support and resolving issues across enablement platforms * Handling user management requests and maintaining platform hygiene * Contributing to the development of our custom-built enablement platform, including maintaining and improving dashboards and data workflows * Identifying opportunities for improvement and building smarter solutions in AI-powered environments * Developing and maintaining documentation, including runbooks, SOPs, technical docs, and user guides WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: * 3+ years of experience in a systems administration, technical operations, or related role * Experience with system user management and user access provisioning * Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS * Experience working with Google Sheets or similar * Foundational data literacy, including reading reports, interpreting and understanding data structures, and running basic queries WHY REMOTE As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere and will be part of a global team that values collaboration, innovation, and community.
