Global Event Marketing Manager, Operations & Enablement

ABOUT THE ROLE Adyen is a leading financial technology platform that provides payments, data, and financial products to customers like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. We are looking for a Global Event Marketing Manager, Operations & Enablement to drive the efficiency, scalability, and measurement of our global event portfolio. WHAT YOU'LL DO As the Global Event Marketing Manager, Operations & Enablement, you will be responsible for designing, documenting, and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the entire event lifecycle to drive consistency and efficiency. You will also own, manage, and optimize the centralized event technology stack, including our event management platform (Cvent) and prebooked meeting platform (Jifflenow). Additionally, you will ensure seamless integration between event technology tools and core business systems, manage key global operational vendor relationships, and maintain and automate our Global Event Measurement Framework and Dashboard to track essential KPIs and accurately calculate event ROI. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience in B2B Event Marketing, with a proven track record of executing high-impact events and understanding the end-to-end lifecycle of event management. You will also need experience in Event Operations, Marketing Ops, or Enablement, with a focus on global scalability and efficiency. Deep administrative expertise with major event management platforms, such as Cvent, Jifflenow, or iCapture, is a plus. You will also need a passion for documentation, process optimization, and creating scalable solutions for a large, decentralized team.
