WHAT YOU'LL DO - Partner with senior strategists to translate business priorities into actionable program roadmaps. - Design and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring on‑time delivery and resource optimization. - Facilitate cross‑functional meetings, capture decisions, and track action items to keep teams accountable. - Lead data‑driven reporting, measuring program performance against KPIs, and distilling insights for stakeholders. - Build and nurture internal operational frameworks that serve as a model for program managers across the organization. - Mentor junior project managers, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Minimum ten years of progressive project management experience in a fast‑paced, global environment. - Mastery of project tools such as Airtable, Asana, or equivalent, with proven ability to manage complex budgets and vendor relationships. - Strong analytical skills, with a track record of using data and AI tools to streamline workflows and drive decision‑making. - Exceptional written and verbal communication, capable of translating technical details into clear, concise updates for diverse audiences. - Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively, and deliver results under tight deadlines. - Proven experience building stakeholder relationships and managing expectations across cross‑functional teams.
