Global Community Events Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a seasoned Events Professional to join Metabase, a leading provider of business intelligence solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and scaling a comprehensive portfolio of events that foster community connection and drive business growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO As an Events Professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a range of events, including our annual user conference, executive dinners, and community-hosted gatherings. You will bring an experimental mindset to your work, designing programs, running tests, measuring results, and building a scalable playbook grounded in data-driven insights. Your goal will be to create a seamless and engaging experience for attendees, while driving business outcomes and expanding our community reach. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record of event planning and execution, with a strong focus on community building and business development. You should be highly organized, with excellent communication and project management skills. Experience with data analysis and experimentation is highly desirable.
