ABOUT THE ROLE Midjourney is pioneering the first full‑body ultrasound CT scanner, coupled with a spa‑style user experience that will democratise advanced diagnostics for billions worldwide. We are looking for a versatile, self‑motivated individual to join our remote team as a General Interest Specialist. In this role you will act as a connective tissue across product, engineering, design, marketing and customer success, ensuring that every initiative aligns with our mission to make high‑quality imaging accessible and enjoyable. You will be the go‑to person for cross‑functional collaboration, rapid iteration, and continuous improvement of our technology and service ecosystem. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Coordinate and facilitate agile workflows between engineering, design, and clinical research teams to accelerate feature delivery. - Conduct market and user research to identify unmet needs, validate product concepts, and inform the roadmap for both the scanner hardware and the accompanying spa experience. - Draft clear, concise documentation and internal knowledge bases that translate complex technical details into actionable insights for non‑technical stakeholders. - Champion user‑centric design principles, organizing usability studies, gathering feedback, and iterating on product interfaces and service touchpoints. - Serve as a liaison with external partners, regulatory bodies, and potential investors, ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives. - Proactively identify operational bottlenecks, propose solutions, and track key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement. WHAT YOU'LL NEED - A bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, business, or a related discipline, with at least 3 years of experience in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment. - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize data from diverse sources and translate findings into strategic recommendations. - Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of articulating complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences. - Demonstrated experience in project management, preferably using agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello. - A proactive, problem‑solving mindset, comfortable taking initiative and driving projects to completion in a distributed team. - Familiarity with medical device development, regulatory processes, or healthcare technology is a plus but not mandatory.
