Freelance Experiential Producer

ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking highly skilled Experiential Producers to join our Freelancer list at FTP Agency. As a Freelance Producer, you'll be responsible for planning and executing brand experiences that leave a lasting impact. With a focus on Producers based in LA, NYC, Miami, and Austin, you'll work on projects that span pop-ups, campus tours, and large-scale street activations. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Freelance Producer, you'll be responsible for owning projects from start to finish, including: - Pre-production: building production timelines, sourcing and managing vendors, creating accurate production budgets, supporting permitting and compliance, and coordinating creative deliverables. - Client and internal coordination: acting as the quarterback across teams and clients, ensuring unparalleled communication and follow-through, and partnering with design, social/content, and account teams. - Onsite execution: taking the lead on event operations, ensuring every detail comes together perfectly, and handling curveballs. - Post-event: collecting key event metrics, organizing photo and video highlights, and turning insights into recap decks and actionable takeaways. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you'll need: - 2-5 years of experience in experiential/events/production, agency or brand side. - Experience owning project coordination from start to finish. - Strong organization and follow-through, with proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with GSuite/Monday/Hubspot or similar. - Clear, professional communication with clients and vendors. - Ability to work early mornings, nights, and weekends as needed. - Valid driver's license. COMPENSATION As a Freelance Producer, you'll be compensated at a rate of $60-100 per hour, with an additional $750-1k per day for on-site event management, including travel and lodging.
