As a Flight Attendant, you will be the face of the airline, ensuring every passenger experiences safety, comfort, and exceptional service. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will execute all inflight safety and security procedures, conducting pre‑flight briefings and emergency drills in accordance with regulatory standards. During flights, you will deliver food, beverage, and duty‑free sales, managing inventory and cash handling with precision. You will collaborate closely with cabin crew and pilots to anticipate passenger needs, resolving enquiries and providing personalised assistance. Your proactive approach will help maintain a welcoming cabin environment, fostering repeat travel and positive brand perception. You will also support post‑flight debriefs, contributing insights that enhance service quality and operational efficiency. WHAT YOU'LL NEED You must hold the right of abode in Hong Kong, be at least 18 years old, and meet the required arm‑reach and medical standards. A minimum Grade E in HKCEE or Level 2 in HKDSE in English and Chinese is required, with strong proficiency in spoken and written English, Chinese, and Putonghua. Knowledge of additional Asian languages is advantageous. You should possess excellent communication skills, a customer‑centric mindset, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Experience in hospitality, customer service, or the aviation industry is highly desirable. A strong sense of teamwork, adaptability to irregular hours, and a passion for travel are essential.
