WHAT YOU'LL DO - Execute all inflight safety and security procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. - Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly to passenger needs and enquiries throughout the flight. - Prepare and serve food, beverage, and duty‑free merchandise, maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene. - Collaborate with cabin crew and flight deck to coordinate cabin operations, including pre‑flight briefings and post‑flight debriefs. - Manage cabin emergencies calmly and efficiently, providing first‑aid assistance and coordinating with ground support when necessary. - Promote the airline’s brand values through courteous, professional interactions with passengers from diverse cultural backgrounds. WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Right of abode in Hong Kong, minimum age 18, and a minimum arm‑reach of 208 cm. - Successful completion of a pre‑employment medical examination and a clean criminal record. - Minimum Grade E in HKCEE or Level 2 in HKDSE in English and Chinese, or equivalent qualifications. - Proficiency in spoken and written English, Chinese (Cantonese), and Putonghua; additional Asian languages are an advantage. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. - Demonstrated teamwork, flexibility, and a passion for travel and customer service.
