ABOUT THE ROLE The Factory Labourer Manufacturing role is a hands-on position that requires working on the production floor to support the manufacturing process. As a Factory Labourer, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the factory. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Assist in the production process by performing various tasks as assigned by supervisors or team leaders - Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards - Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines - Participate in training and learning opportunities to develop skills and knowledge WHAT YOU'LL NEED - No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position - At least 1 year but less than 2 years of work experience - Ability to work on-site at the physical factory location WHY REMOTE This is an on-site position that requires working at the physical factory location. There is no option to work remotely.
