ABOUT THE ROLE Vashi Integrated Solutions is a leading provider of integrated business solutions across India, delivering cutting‑edge technology and consulting services to a diverse portfolio of clients. As a Commercial Accounts Receivable Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health of our organization by managing the entire receivables cycle for our commercial portfolio. This position is integral to maintaining strong client relationships, optimizing cash flow, and supporting the company’s growth initiatives. You will work closely with sales, finance, and customer success teams to reconcile invoices, resolve payment discrepancies, and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Lead the day‑to‑day management of commercial accounts receivable, including invoice generation, payment tracking, and aging analysis. - Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to resolve billing disputes, credit issues, and payment delays, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. - Prepare and present regular reports on receivables performance, cash flow projections, and key metrics to senior management. - Identify and recommend process enhancements to reduce days sales outstanding (DSO) and improve collection effectiveness. - Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the ERP system, ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. - Support the development of credit policies and procedures, working with the finance team to assess credit risk and establish appropriate credit limits. WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in accounts receivable or finance operations within a commercial environment. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and propose actionable solutions. - Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills for reporting and data manipulation. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a proven track record of building productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients. - Detail‑oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem solving, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting. - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
