Anthropic
Executive Services Program Manager
Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an Executive Services Program Manager to join Anthropic's Global Safety, Intelligence & Security (GSIS) function. This role will support the execution of policies, processes, and reporting that enable the GSIS function to scale, working within a defined scope set by the Protective Service Senior Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management and corporate/physical security, with experience in executing against a defined plan and escalating when necessary.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Executive Services Program Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining the policy and procedure library for your assigned GSIS sub-domain, flagging gaps rather than resolving them unilaterally
- Supporting the GSIS metrics and reporting framework for your assigned scope, pulling together operational health and status updates on a defined cadence
- Executing assigned tasks in the build-out of net-new capabilities, under close direction from the Senior Manager or Lead
- Acting as the first point of contact for lower-complexity stakeholder requests within your assigned domain, resolving directly where the answer is clear and routing everything else up with context
- Contributing to audit-ready documentation within your scope, following existing templates and standards
- Supporting cross-functional GSIS projects of low to moderate complexity, owning specific workstreams within a project rather than the project's overall scope, timeline, or stakeholder communication
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Program management experience in or adjacent to the corporate/physical security domain
- Experience contributing to a personal security program or capability build in a high-growth environment
- Working familiarity with at least one or two GSIS domains, with the speed and willingness to build fluency in others
- Ability to write clearly and document security concepts for both specialist and non-specialist audiences
- Comfort executing against a defined scope, and knowing to escalate when something shifts beyond that scope
- Passion for Anthropic's mission and the unique security considerations that come with building frontier AI systems
WHY REMOTE
As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere and be part of a team that is dedicated to creating reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems.
