ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team at Stripe. As an Estimator, you will play a critical role in providing accurate and timely estimates for our clients. WHAT YOU'LL DO As an Estimator at Stripe, you will be responsible for: - Providing detailed and accurate estimates for clients, taking into account various factors such as project scope, timelines, and resources required - Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery teams, to ensure seamless execution of projects - Analyzing data and market trends to stay up-to-date on industry developments and inform estimate decisions - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded WHAT YOU'LL NEED - 3+ years of experience in estimating or a related field, preferably in the software industry - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with estimating software a plus - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or mathematics WHY REMOTE As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere and enjoy a better work-life balance.
