Enterprise Sales Director, EMEA

WHAT YOU'LL DO As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for growing and managing our enterprise customer base. You will identify new business with prospects and growth opportunities for clients, utilizing your hunter mindset and proactive approach to sales. Your role will involve building, managing, and closing your own pipeline of companies that you believe will benefit from the dbt Cloud offering. You will also manage and deepen the dbt Cloud footprint in existing accounts, optimizing our impact on these companies. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need to have demonstrable ability of building and closing your own pipeline within enterprise accounts. You should have 4+ years closing experience in technology sales, with a proven track record of exceeding annual targets. You should also be able to understand complex technical concepts and develop them into a consultative sale. Excellent verbal, written, and in-person communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels of an analytics organization are essential.
