Engagement Manager, AUNZ

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to join our Australia and New Zealand distributed team at Stripe, a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. As an Engagement Manager, you will lead complex and multi-faceted project teams that accelerate implementations and drive meaningful growth and innovation on the Stripe platform. WHAT YOU'LL DO In this role, you will lead enterprises to become long-term Stripe users and advocates of our products and solutions. You will deliver program management expertise based on experience, continuous learning, and in-depth knowledge of Stripe's products and implementation best practices. Your responsibilities will include driving innovation and adoption of deployment practices, providing product adoption insights, and helping users achieve the maximum value from their Stripe investment. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need to have 5+ years of consulting experience partnering with enterprise-level strategic users on technology solutions, with a track record of top performance or a related field. You will also need to have the ability to understand complex business requirements and craft tailored solutions, as well as the ability to quickly learn and explain technical concepts to Stripe's largest users. Other key requirements include proven program management skills and experience, strong critical thinking skills, and superior verbal and written communication skills.
