ABOUT THE ROLE Figma is a leading design and collaboration platform that empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. As an Employment Counsel, you will serve as Figma's primary employment legal advisor across EMEA, partnering closely with People and business leaders to support our international workforce and help scale our global employment legal function. WHAT YOU'LL DO As Employment Counsel, you will be responsible for providing strategic employment and workforce advice to senior stakeholders, drafting and revising employment-related documentation, and managing employment-related litigation. You will also identify and operationalise compliance-based requirements, build scalable employment-related policies and procedures, and support Figma's international growth. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in employment law, with a minimum of 8+ years PQE in the UK, including experience at a top-tier law firm and in-house legal department. You will also need to have significant experience providing practical, commercially focused employment law advice across EMEA, including employee relations, investigations, works councils, and consultation requirements.
