Editorial Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE Typeform is a refreshingly different form builder, helping over 150,000 businesses collect the data they need with forms, surveys, and quizzes that people enjoy. We're looking for an Editorial Manager to own and elevate Typeform's editorial storytelling across channels and formats. WHAT YOU'LL DO As the Editorial Manager, you'll become the editorial owner across thought leadership, research reports, newsletters, SEO content, product storytelling, and campaign narratives. You'll help Typeform tell clearer, smarter, and more differentiated stories in an increasingly crowded AI market. Your responsibilities will include: - Owning Typeform's editorial roadmap and calendar across various content types - Leading editorial direction across campaigns, product storytelling, research content, and executive thought leadership - Acting as the primary editor and final quality reviewer for key written content across the business - Shaping complex ideas, data, and product narratives into clear, engaging, and differentiated stories - Establishing editorial standards, workflows, and review processes that improve consistency and scalability - Managing freelancers, agencies, and external writers, providing direction, feedback, and quality control - Partnering closely with Brand, Product Marketing, PR, Product, and Growth teams to align storytelling across channels - Supporting SEO and product led content initiatives as we expand content production at scale - Helping build repeatable systems for AI assisted editorial workflows while maintaining a high quality bar - Identifying storytelling opportunities based on audience insights, performance data, market trends, and product direction WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you'll need significant experience in editorial, content strategy, journalism, brand storytelling, or content marketing roles. You'll also need exceptional writing and editing skills across long form content, reports, newsletters, thought leadership, and digital content. Additionally, you should have strong editorial taste and the ability to identify what makes storytelling clear, credible, and compelling.
