ABOUT THE ROLE Carv is building a new generation of financial services for businesses, and our people are the engine of that innovation. We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing remote team and help us attract, evaluate, and onboard top talent that shares our mission of empowering enterprises with seamless banking solutions. In this role you will partner with product, engineering, and customer success leaders to understand their hiring needs, design talent strategies, and ensure a smooth, engaging experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Partner with hiring managers to define role specifications, success metrics, and interview frameworks for technical and non‑technical positions. - Source, screen, and interview candidates using a mix of talent‑pool development, social recruiting, and data‑driven outreach. - Champion Carv’s employer brand across career sites, social media, and industry events, creating compelling content that showcases our culture and impact. - Manage the end‑to‑end recruiting lifecycle, from offer negotiation to onboarding coordination, ensuring a frictionless transition for new hires. - Analyze recruiting data to identify trends, improve processes, and report on key performance indicators to senior leadership. WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Minimum of 3 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast‑paced tech or fintech environment. - Proven track record of sourcing high‑quality candidates for software engineering, product, and design roles. - Strong communication skills, able to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders across all levels. - Comfortable using ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Boolean search techniques. - Ability to work independently in a distributed, asynchronous culture while maintaining clear, timely communication.
