ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a part-time instructor to join the Faculty of Communications at the Universidad Privada de Nuestra Señora de la Asunción, a leading institution with over 100,000 students. As a member of our academic community, you will have the opportunity to inspire and impact the future professionals of the country. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a part-time instructor, you will be responsible for teaching the course "Desarrollo de la Psicomotricidad en la Primera Infancia." Your key functions will include: - Teaching and transmitting your knowledge and experience to students - Designing and preparing course syllabi and materials for classes - Developing and grading exams for each unit of learning - Ensuring the teaching-learning process to help students achieve academic goals - Participating in academic activities programmed by your supervisor and performing other duties inherent to your position as a university instructor WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education Initial, registered with SUNEDU - Master's degree, registered with SUNEDU - At least 3 years of professional experience (required) - Knowledge of the fundamentals of psychomotor development in early childhood and its relationship with cognitive, socio-emotional, and communicative development - Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate learning experiences focused on psychomotor development - Knowledge of strategies for attention to diversity, inclusive education, and early childhood development - Familiarity with andragogy strategies and methodologies for teaching in virtual environments - Recent professional experience in Education Initial, Infant Psychomotor Development, Early Childhood Development, or Inclusive Education - Availability to work remotely WHY REMOTE As a remote instructor, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere and will be part of a dynamic and growing academic community.
