Dispatch Coordinator I

As a Dispatch Support Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring our field team operates with precision and efficiency every day. This role is at the heart of our operations, balancing booking accuracy, stakeholder communication, and real-time problem solving to keep schedules running smoothly. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Dispatch Support Agent, you will be responsible for managing the daily schedule of our field team, ensuring that appointments are confirmed, cancellations are quickly backfilled, and members receive timely, high-quality care. Your tasks will include filling same-day and next-day schedule openings, executing outbound member outreach to convert open capacity into completed appointments, and providing timely, professional support through member text and chat channels. You will also coordinate real-time responses to technician callouts and scheduling disruptions, and serve as the primary communication link with field technicians via two-way radio. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need 2+ years of experience in dispatch, scheduling, customer service, or operations. You should be comfortable managing multiple live conversations (text, chat, radio) simultaneously and have proficiency with scheduling or CRM software, or the ability to learn quickly. You will also need excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment, as well as strong written communication and problem-solving abilities.
