WHAT YOU'LL DO We're seeking an Americas Director to lead our Sales Development Representative (SDR) function, building on our Q1 success of 106% global growth. As the incoming Director, you'll manage five frontline SDR managers and 35+ SDRs across AMER, partnering closely with Sales leadership to establish a regional motion with operational discipline and AI-enabled workflows at its core. Your primary responsibility will be to drive global AI transformation, leveraging AI to enhance the SDR workflow, and maintaining forecast predictability while coaching your managers and ensuring high-quality SDR-to-AE handovers. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you'll need to have already implemented AI into the SDR workflow, deploying it, measuring its effectiveness, standardizing its use, and moving on to the next challenge. You'll be responsible for leading by example, driving innovation, and staying ahead of the curve in AI adoption.
