Director, Product Management (Enterprise Connectivity)

ABOUT THE ROLE As a Director of Product Management, Enterprise Connectivity at Workato, you will lead the development and execution of our enterprise connectivity platform, driving strategic ownership and tactical involvement. This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership skills to shape the vision and roadmap for our product area, while staying closely engaged in execution, problem-solving, and process improvement alongside the team. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a key member of our product leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and owning the vision and strategy for Workato's connectivity platform, including connectors and platform extensions. You will develop and manage the enterprise connectivity roadmap, balancing customer demand, competitive positioning, and long-term investment. You will also lead product launches, drive team adoption of AI tools, and shape the team's portfolio structure and ownership model.
