ABOUT THE ROLE
The Director of Social Media at TruHeight Vitamins is a key leadership position responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. This role will oversee the creation and dissemination of high-quality content across multiple social media platforms, analyze performance metrics, and inform data-driven decisions to optimize social media campaigns.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As the Director of Social Media, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals. This will include developing and executing content calendars, creating engaging content for various social media platforms, monitoring and analyzing social media metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing channels. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and for identifying opportunities to leverage social media to drive business growth.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in social media marketing, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. You will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns, and will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of social media analytics and metrics. You will also need excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required.

BENEFITS
The salary for this role is $125,000 - $150,000 DOE, and includes a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, parental leave, and education stipend.
