Director of Product, Agentic Commerce

WHAT YOU'LL DO As the Director of Product, Agentic Commerce, you will lead the product strategy and direction for our conversational and generative AI products. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing product roadmaps that align with Instacart's overall business strategy - Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and research, to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs - Defining product requirements and working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful product launches - Analyzing customer data and market trends to inform product decisions and drive growth - Mentoring and guiding product managers and engineers to help them grow in their roles WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you will need: - 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on conversational and generative AI products - Proven track record of driving product growth and innovation in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed product decisions - Experience with Agile product development methodologies and version control systems WHY REMOTE At Instacart, we're a Flex First team, which means we prioritize flexibility and autonomy in how we work.
