Director of Product, Agentic Commerce

ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking a seasoned Director of Product to lead our Agentic Commerce team at Instacart. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll drive the vision and strategy for our conversational and generative AI products, empowering millions of people to access the food they love and more time to enjoy it together. WHAT YOU'LL DO As Director of Product, you'll be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap for Agentic Commerce. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers and Personal Shoppers. Your expertise will guide the development of conversational and generative AI products that deliver hyper-personalized experiences, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you'll need a proven track record of leading high-performing product teams and a deep understanding of conversational and generative AI technologies. You'll possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Product Management, or a related field is required.
