Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE The Director of Growth & Product Marketing is a strategic leader responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and product adoption. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Operations, owning the Go-To-Market strategy while leading/supporting growth and product marketing initiatives across paid, lifecycle, and sales-driven channels. WHAT YOU'LL DO As the Director of Growth & Product Marketing, you will oversee the long-term, cross-functional execution of the company's macro Go-To-Market strategy. You will establish, optimize, and own strategic growth frameworks across paid and organic channels to scale customer acquisition, pipeline contribution, conversion velocities, and long-term revenue impact. Additionally, you will partner with Business Analytics, Finance, and Data teams to define macro metrics and construct complex business cases tying marketing investment strategies directly to financial performance outcomes. You will serve as the primary strategic bridge and product Subject Matter Expert to translate sophisticated product capabilities and plan architectures into highly differentiated value propositions that align with broader market needs. Furthermore, you will define global channel strategy alongside Events and Paid Media leaders, overseeing budget allocations, comprehensive conversion testing frameworks, and foundational funnel performance benchmarks. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will require 10+ years of professional experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Enablement, or corporate GTM Strategy, preferably in health tech, fintech, or highly regulated industries. You will also need 10+ years of experience leading, scaling, and managing cross-functional operations focused on experimentation and data-driven results. A Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant professional experience is also required. Additionally, you will need demonstrated experience defining, deploying, and optimizing enterprise-level technology tools to track marketing attribution, pipeline impact, and revenue. WHY REMOTE This position is designed to be a hybrid role with a remote work schedule. While the company is based in New York City, the Director of Growth & Product Marketing will be expected to work from home with occasional in-office meetings and events. BENEFITS As a full-time employee, you will be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, and vision benefits, 11 paid holidays, paid sick time, paid parental leave, 401(k) plan participation, life and disability insurance, and paid wellness time and reimbursements.
