Director, GTM Strategy & Planning

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a seasoned leader to join Fivetran as our Director, GTM Strategy & Planning. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the company's go-to-market (GTM) strategy and planning, ensuring we make the right strategic bets to fuel our growth and success. WHAT YOU'LL DO As Director, GTM Strategy & Planning, you will lead a team of GTM strategy and planning professionals and be responsible for: - Leading the annual and ongoing GTM planning cycle, translating business objectives into an integrated plan across the revenue organization - Owning the annual and in-year headcount planning process for the revenue organization, partnering with Finance and People to translate strategic priorities into capacity models - Designing and executing the global quota-setting and territory planning process, ensuring equitable opportunity distribution and revenue maximization - Driving key strategic decisions across the revenue organization, including market segmentation, revenue team structure, and coverage model design - Partnering with the CRO, CMO, GTM Strategy & Operations, GTM Analytics, and Finance to drive the GTM planning cycle and make strategic decisions WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Proven experience in leading GTM strategy and planning functions in a high-growth organization - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to build rigorous frameworks and models to inform strategic decisions - Excellent executive presence, with the ability to drive alignment and consensus among key stakeholders - Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on fostering a culture grounded in the company's core values - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams WHY REMOTE Fivetran offers a hybrid work model that allows for remote flexibility and in-person collaboration.
