You will partner with cross‑functional leaders to evaluate, implement, and optimize the digital tools that power our remote-first culture. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Evaluate and refine the suite of collaboration, productivity, and data‑management tools used across Dreem Health, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of a fully distributed workforce. - Design and build automated workflows that reduce manual data entry, accelerate onboarding, and enforce compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards. - Lead the integration of new SaaS solutions (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, G Suite, Microsoft 365) with existing systems, using APIs, Zapier, Power Automate, and custom scripting. - Provide hands‑on training and documentation for staff, fostering a culture of self‑service and continuous improvement. - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and collaborate with IT and security teams to maintain uptime and data integrity. - Analyze usage metrics and gather user feedback to iterate on tool configurations, ensuring the workplace remains efficient, secure, and user‑friendly. WHAT YOU'LL NEED - 3+ years of experience in digital workplace strategy, process automation, or a related role within a fast‑paced tech or healthcare environment. - Proficiency with cloud collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Teams) and a strong grasp of their APIs and integration capabilities. - Hands‑on expertise in workflow automation tools such as Zapier, Integromat, Power Automate, and familiarity with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell). - Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, with a track record of delivering measurable efficiency gains. - Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and creating clear, concise documentation. - Strong problem‑solving mindset, self‑starter attitude, and a passion for continuous learning in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
