ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Sales Representative 2 to join our team at Twilio. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of communications by delivering innovative solutions to hundreds of thousands of businesses and empowering millions of developers worldwide to craft exceptional customer experiences. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Digital Sales Representative 2, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth through strategic account planning and execution. You will work closely with our sales teams, product experts, and customer success managers to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth, expands our customer base, and fosters long-term relationships with our clients. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. You should have a deep understanding of the communications industry, as well as experience working with cloud-based solutions and APIs. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required. You will be expected to have a strong technical foundation, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and products quickly.
