Digital Marketing Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE Adyen is a leading financial technology platform providing payments, data, and financial products to global businesses like Meta, Uber, and Microsoft. We're seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to drive impact for our acquisition efforts through digital marketing channels. This role will be responsible for planning, setting up, and optimizing targeted digital marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing digital initiatives for all paid channels to maximize lead generation in the UK market. You'll work closely with local commercial teams and the global acquisition team to generate sales-accepted opportunities from digital channels. You'll leverage analytic tools to determine the effectiveness of campaigns and promotions across all channels, optimizing on a daily basis. Additionally, you'll manage the localization and optimization of local webpages, including landing page creation, web translations, and local SEO optimization. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you'll need a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and customer acquisition, with a strong background in search engine advertising (SEA) and other paid acquisition channels. You'll have a results-driven marketing approach, with a proven ability to strategically create, execute, and optimize successful campaigns for specific audiences, consistently improving marketing ROI. You'll also have high language proficiency in English and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Marketo. Ability to travel internationally 20%+ is required.
