Delivery Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a skilled Delivery Manager to lead project delivery and support revenue goals for our global customers. As a key member of the Professional Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive high-quality, successful implementations of our solutions. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and the ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Delivery Manager, your primary responsibilities will include: - Leading project delivery in the region, supporting revenue goals, facilitating communications, meetings, and reporting - Collaborating with Services sellers, architects, consultants, third-party partners, and customers to ensure successful project outcomes - Managing a portfolio of multiple engagements, varying in size, through strong prioritization and time management - Contributing to delivery methodology improvements and sharing lessons learned to enhance our services practice - Partnering with Customer Success and Account Executives to support account renewals and add-on opportunities - Traveling 20-40% of the time to engage with customers and stakeholders WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you will need: - 5-8 years of consulting or professional services delivery experience - Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks - Change management and problem-solving experience - Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment - Familiarity with Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools - Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or equivalent experience - PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications preferred - Leadership skills, including passion for customer success, a learning mindset, team player, adaptable, trust, and results-oriented WHY REMOTE As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere and be part of a global team that values collaboration and innovation. BENEFITS Elastic offers a competitive salary range of $94,300 - $149,200 USD, with an alternate range of $113,300 - $179,200 USD in select locations. In addition to cash compensation, this role is eligible to participate in Elastic's stock program. Our total rewards package also includes a company-matched 401k with dollar-for-dollar matching up to 6% of eligible earnings, along with a range of other benefits offered with a holistic emphasis on employee well-being.
