Deal Desk Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE The Deal Desk Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the commercial and enterprise sales teams in the Asia Pacific region. As part of the global Deal Desk team, this position will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal to ensure efficient quoting, contracting, and document review. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supporting high-volume and complex contracting sales organizations, excellent customer service skills, and experience working with enterprise businesses. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will act as a liaison between sellers and multiple groups, facilitating timely and accurate deal closure. You will manage complex, non-standard deals with multiple cross-functional partners, provide guidance to Account Executives/Sales Management on deal structures, and partner with Finance and Legal teams to craft contractual language. Additionally, you will manage quote and contract approval workflows, maintain an agreed-upon Service Level Agreement (SLA) on approvals and deal review times, and ensure transactions comply with revenue recognition and business operational policies. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in supporting high-volume and complex contracting sales organizations, excellent customer service skills, and experience working with enterprise businesses. You will also need to be proficient in using Salesforce CPQ and Ironclad technologies.
