ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our team at Workada, where we create high-quality labeled data for advanced technology systems. Our team reviews, organizes, categorizes, evaluates, and quality-checks digital content to improve how technology interprets information, follows instructions, and responds in practical settings. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a member of our team, you'll carefully review written information, images, documents, or other digital content, following detailed instructions consistently. You'll use web-based tools and online platforms to complete tasks and contribute to larger projects. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you'll need to be comfortable using a computer for extended periods and have a reliable internet connection. You should have strong attention to detail, clear written communication skills, and the ability to follow written guidelines and project instructions. Basic familiarity with spreadsheets, online forms, or web-based work tools is also essential. Prior experience in data labeling, annotation, quality review, research, writing, customer support, operations, or administrative work is helpful but not required.
