Job Description

Customer Enablement Manager ABOUT THE ROLE As a Customer Enablement Manager at Figma, you will play a crucial role in helping some of our largest customers achieve the most value from our platform. You will design and deliver tailored enablement strategies that drive product adoption, uncover new use cases, and support long-term success. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will manage the adoption journey for a portfolio of large, strategic customers, understanding their goals and success metrics to inform proactive engagement strategies that lead to measurable value delivery. You will document these strategies as part of bespoke enablement plans and share best practices, use cases, and product expertise to help teams unlock the full value of Figma. You will build trusted relationships with stakeholders across roles and departments, collaborate with Account Executives on account reviews and expansion opportunities, and deliver live and scalable training sessions customized to customer maturity and needs. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need 4+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Technical Customer Success, Customer Success, Customer Enablement, Account Management or a relevant customer-facing role in SaaS. You will require excellent communication skills, strong product knowledge, and a customer-first, consultative approach to solving challenges and driving adoption.
