You will work closely with hardware, software, and operations teams, driving innovation and execution in a fast‑paced, high‑agency environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Define and lead the end‑to‑end design of a renewable energy subsystem, ensuring it meets performance, reliability, and cost targets. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate hardware, software, and logistics into a seamless deployment pipeline. - Develop and refine dispatch algorithms that optimize power delivery to data centers while maintaining grid stability. - Conduct field testing and iterate on design based on real‑world performance data. - Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of first‑principles thinking and continuous improvement. - Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to senior leadership and external partners.
