You will build the foundations of CRM from the ground up, shaping how we communicate with users throughout their journey – from onboarding and activation to long‑term retention and advocacy. Your work will directly influence the growth and loyalty of millions of customers, ensuring that every touchpoint feels personal, timely and compliant with EU regulations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Establish a scalable CRM framework for the EU, defining the communication architecture for onboarding, activation, retention and re‑engagement across email, push, in‑app and SMS.
- Own and execute day‑to‑day campaigns, ensuring consistency, quality and relevance for Spanish‑ and Italian‑speaking customers while aligning with product, data, engineering, legal and marketing teams.
- Design and launch lifecycle journeys, identifying high‑impact moments and translating data insights into actionable, test‑and‑learn programmes that drive sustainable growth.
- Build and document processes that enable seamless collaboration between EU and central teams, providing clear guidelines for segmentation, targeting, compliance and performance measurement.
- Act as the subject‑matter expert on CRM for EU stakeholders, championing best practices and fostering a culture of experimentation and data‑driven decision making.
- Lead QA and compliance reviews, ensuring all campaigns meet regulatory standards and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Native or fluent proficiency in Spanish or Italian, with strong written and verbal communication skills across diverse audiences.
- Proven experience launching CRM from scratch in a new market, including end‑to‑end campaign management from signal to roll‑out.
- Deep knowledge of multi‑channel marketing automation platforms, data segmentation, and performance analytics.
- Ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable strategies that drive measurable results.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with cross‑functional teams and navigating regulatory requirements.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, eager to experiment, iterate and scale successful programmes across the EU.
