Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE As a CRM & Lifecycle Manager at Joko, you will play a crucial role in designing and executing lifecycle programs that turn new signups into engaged, loyal, high-LTV users. You will be responsible for owning the end-to-end CRM strategy across in-app, push, and email, from the first onboarding message to the campaign that reactivates dormant users. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a CRM & Lifecycle Manager, your primary responsibilities will include: - Designing the onboarding journey for new users, ensuring they experience their first "wow" moment with Joko - Building retention and referral programs to deepen usage among engaged users, drive word of mouth, and lift long-term retention - Designing cross-channel journeys that deliver the right benefit to the right user at the right moment, maximizing LTV across the full lifecycle - Running a continuous A/B testing program to improve existing flows and challenge the current lifecycle map, grounding every decision in evidence - Leveraging AI to automate operational tasks and unlock sharper personalization, faster experimentation cycles, and richer lifecycle logic - Collaborating with Product, Data, User Acquisition, and Brand teams to drive growth across the company WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you will need: - 5+ years of experience in B2C CRM or lifecycle marketing, ideally in a high-growth mobile or consumer app - Hands-on experience with modern CRM platforms, such as Braze, Iterable, or Customer.io - A data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to read and interpret cohort curves, funnel data, and A/B test results - An experimentation mindset, with experience running structured A/B testing programs WHY REMOTE This position is remote-friendly, allowing you to work from anywhere and be part of a global team that is revolutionizing the shopping experience.
