Creative Strategist

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly creative and strategic individual to join JTS Growth as a Creative Strategist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing innovative marketing campaigns and strategies to drive growth and engagement on TikTok Shop. This is a full-time, remote position that requires immediate start. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for creating and executing compelling marketing campaigns that drive sales and brand awareness on TikTok Shop. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing creative strategies, managing and optimizing ad campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in marketing and creativity, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. You will also need to have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
