Corporate Events Manager, Expo

ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking an experienced Event Experience Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of physical experiences across Stripe Sessions and Stripe Tour. This role will concept and deliver immersive experiences that showcase Stripe products and customer stories, while managing logistics, timelines, and coordination across internal teams. WHAT YOU'LL DO As an Event Experience Manager, you will be responsible for driving the experiential strategy across the full event campus, overseeing all aspects of expo experiential design and campus-wide activations, and concepting and leading physical experiences that bring Stripe products and customer stories to life. You will also design and manage the placement of all expo elements, lead internal demo planning and staffing, and manage all expo activations from early planning through onsite execution. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: - 6+ years of experience managing and executing tradeshows, driving attendee engagement and logistics - Demonstrated leadership skills with strong ability to adapt to changing environments and prioritize tasks - Proven experience in effective communications and relationship management - Ability to work collaboratively, creatively, and cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-moving work environment - Strong organizational, project management, and written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrated attention to detail and proven track record to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously - Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously and independently, multiple vendor contracts and relationships - Data-driven mindset to focus on setting goals, measuring key performance indicators, and driving results WHY REMOTE As a remote team member, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere and be part of a global team that is shaping the future of financial infrastructure.
