Coordinator, Business Recruiting - Contract (NYC)

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team at Datadog. As a key member of our Recruiting team, you will play a critical role in growing our teams with great people in multiple technical and business areas. This is a high-impact role with significant visibility and the opportunity to make a real difference in Datadog's future. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing all facets of a candidate's interview process, including scheduling interviews, managing communication workflow, coordinating travel and reimbursement, and sending offer letters. You will also manage job openings and job posts in our Applicant Tracking System, ensuring all information externally publicized is accurate and compliant. Additionally, you will provide exceptional experiences for all candidates, greet and provide office tours for those who come onsite, support the training of new interviewers, and partner with internal and cross-functional team members to improve processes. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you will need to have a "can-do" attitude, effective communication skills, and the ability to prioritize daily tasks and ongoing projects. You should be organized, attentive to detail, and able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. A minimum of 3 years of professional experience and 2 years of relevant experience are required.
