You will collaborate with leadership and cross‑functional partners to align talent acquisition with long‑term organizational goals, ensuring a balanced pipeline across all technical disciplines. You will manage candidate pipelines, maintain accurate sourcing metrics, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders. WHAT YOU'LL NEED You bring at least five years of in‑house sourcing experience, with a proven track record of filling high‑volume engineering and product roles, especially in AI/ML and infrastructure. You have successfully sourced senior technical talent and built diverse, high‑performing teams in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments. You are adept at working autonomously, juggling multiple priorities, and delivering results with meticulous attention to detail. You thrive on experimentation, having introduced novel pipeline‑building tactics that increased candidate quality and speed. You possess a deep passion for AI’s potential to benefit society, coupled with a realistic understanding of its risks and limitations.
