As a Content Reviewer – English US, you will play a critical role in ensuring that search results are relevant, high‑quality, and culturally appropriate for a U.S. audience. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will evaluate a wide variety of online content, including text, webpages, images, and multimedia, using TELUS Digital’s specialized platform. Your daily tasks will involve rating search results for relevance, accuracy, and user experience, and providing detailed feedback on any issues you encounter. You will collaborate with data scientists and product managers to refine evaluation criteria and improve model training data. You will also monitor emerging trends in U.S. media, culture, and technology to ensure that content remains up‑to‑date and contextually appropriate. Finally, you will maintain high quality standards by adhering to established guidelines and completing tasks efficiently. WHAT YOU'LL NEED You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and a deep familiarity with U.S. business, media, sports, news, social media, and cultural affairs. You should have lived in the United States for the past three consecutive years and be comfortable navigating a variety of web browsers and online platforms. You will need a reliable broadband connection, a personal computer, and a smartphone running Android 5.0 or higher or iOS 14 or higher. You must be able to work independently, meet quality and productivity targets, and pass an English language assessment, an open‑book qualification exam, and an ID verification process. Experience with data annotation or quality review is a plus, but not required.
